Salsas

All our salsas are made from the freshest ingredients available. Try a couple of these with your meal... Or get 8oz. of your favorite "to go" Salsa Fresca: Fresh tomato, jalapeno, cilantro and fresh lemon. Lots of flavor, but not too much heat. Salsa Verde: Tomatillos and mild chilies. Especially good with the pork and chorizo fillings. Salsa Chipotle: Smokey, dark and thick mole' - like salsa. Medium heat, robust and unique. Salsa Frutas: Fresh fruit, and chilies with cilantro. Bright, savory, with zing! Excellent on the grilled fish. Tomatillo Arbol: Toasted arbol chilies with tomatillos in a silky, garlicky salsa. Pretty hot, really yummy. Salsa Habanero: For big dogs only! Really hot, but plenty of flavor - leaves a lovely burn!
